Leslie is a Canadian designer and style blogger with a modern design sensibility, and a strong ethical backbone. She believes that cruelty-free fashion and decor can be even more beautiful and tactile than the contrary.
A vegan since 2010, Leslie has been leading a cruelty-free lifestyle that not only informs her food choices, but also her style decisions, both of which she is passionate about. She created the High Heels and High Morals blog in 2014 as an amalgamation between those two passions. As a blogger, she teaches aspiring cruelty-free fashionistas how to live a stylish and compassionate life by sharing her tips on cruelty-free fashion, beauty, decor, and entertaining.
Leslie’s blog projects on High Heels and High Morals have been featured in publications including ELLE DÉCOR, Harper's Bazaar, Huffington Post Home, Chapter Friday, and Career Girl Daily.
To compliment the High Heels and High Morals blog, Leslie founded this shop in 2017 as an amalgamation of her blog and design studio. She combined her two favourite things: fashion and interior decorating, and merged it with her passion for veganism to bring you a collection of cruelty-free goods and home decor. Starting with hand-lettered prints and homewares, Leslie ultimately plans on expanding the shop to feature other artists' cruelty-free fashion accessories and eco-friendly decor.
The High Heels and High Morals shop uses design to create items that are minimalist yet playful, with an emphasis on typography and a monochromatic colour palette. All High Heels and High Morals prints and mugs are lovingly made in LA.

More than a blog, High Heels and High Morals is a fashion mantra that extends to a lifestyle. As the name suggests, the goal of High Heels and High Morals is to show readers that great style and the moral decision to choose cruelty-free fashion are not mutually exclusive. From defining your style to decorating your home, and entertaining with compassion, High Heels and High Morals proves that cruelty-free is even better than the contrary.
